The Aging Healthier Blog was created in hopes of providing a valuable resource to those seeking to live a healthier life full of vital energy. Today, even more so than in the past the information available to us as a society allows for a dramatic improvement in the way in which we experience the aging process.
There are no magic bullets, it does require a life style change and for a large majority of our population it requires disciplining ourselves to think before eating the typical foods that are slowly killing us. For the next few minutes think about the fact that at best we may absorb 30% of the nutrition available in our foods.
